Question by jo;: Diet Pills and Dieting Tips?
I am 15, and have been trying to get into shape. I have been on a diet for the past week and exercised everyday for over an hour. Why am i not seeing dramatic results? When will i see the results?
Also, i was wondering if there was any diet pills that i could take. my mom let me try the rest of her Healthy Trim pills, which kinda work, and there was only about 5 left.
Any other dieting tips or suggestions would be great!

Exercises doesn’t show results that fast (to some, the minimum to see some results is about a month) but when it does, the “effect” lasts longer than slimming/diet pills. Try walking around your neighborhood for a an hour or so (that’s what I used to do). You don’t need to run or jog. If you want it to be fun, you can just walk in the park or walk around the mall but make sure you do it for at least 30 minutes (no rest). If you can still go on, then please do. I remember, I used to walk for like two hours just because I like walking outside and I didn’t feel tired at all.
