Question by jo;: Diet Pills and Dieting Tips?
I am 15, and have been trying to get into shape. I have been on a diet for the past week and exercised everyday for over an hour. Why am i not seeing dramatic results? When will i see the results?
Also, i was wondering if there was any diet pills that i could take. my mom let me try the rest of her Healthy Trim pills, which kinda work, and there was only about 5 left.
Any other dieting tips or suggestions would be great!

Exercises doesn’t show results that fast (to some, the minimum to see some results is about a month) but when it does, the “effect” lasts longer than slimming/diet pills. Try walking around your neighborhood for a an hour or so (that’s what I used to do). You don’t need to run or jog. If you want it to be fun, you can just walk in the park or walk around the mall 🙂 but make sure you do it for at least 30 minutes (no rest). If you can still go on, then please do. I remember, I used to walk for like two hours just because I like walking outside and I didn’t feel tired at all.
