Ok i run in the treadmill incline at 5.5-6.0 at the speed of 5.0-5.5 mph for about 20 minutes then rest 2 minutes then again until i hit one hour. I am trying to loose weight i am about 5’8-5’9 200lbs i can run no problem ive run before 1 hour non stop but without using the incline, i have a diet of around 800 calories how long till i see results

You will lose weight on only 800 calories per day but you WILL slow down your metabolism and your body WILL go into starvation mode because it thinks there is a famine and doesn’t know if it will get its next meal. You have no control over this – your body WILL do this. And when you return to eating normally your body WILL store everything for later – in order to survive the famine. You’ll gain back all the weight you lost – and more.
You have to eat 1200 or more cals per day.
See how many cals it would take to run your body for one day – then deduct 500 cals per day. 3500 cals represents one pound. removing 500 cals per day for seven days will result in one pound of weightloss. Plus, if you burn 500 a day – that will result in one pound of weightloss = together you’ll see 2 lbs or more per week.
I lost a great deal of weight pretty quickly on a low carb diet like atkins.
Keep in mind that I’m telling you this information because I want you to succeed instead of causing yourself to ulitimately gain weight because you didn’t do it right the first time.
