    Losing 1-2 lbs a week is actually healthy. If you starve yourself your body will lose muscle mass and store fat. In 3 months you should lose about 24 lbs.
    Drink lot’s of water.
    Treat yourself on weekends.
    Walking is easy and good!
    And running..but it’s bad for your knees and feet. :S

    First, I think you should organize your diet. I am not telling you to stop eating, but instead of eating junk stuffs, you should eat more vegetables, and exercise regularly. Did you know that laughing will helps too?
