    I’m Ganna try to eat 1200 calories a day. Hopefully I will be able to lose
    at least 20 pounds: the only problem is, if I’m not overweight would it
    still work as effectively? I guess I’ll have to see;)

    Great tips. I will try to eat only 1100 calories per day and exercise 2
    times per day. I will post my progress :)
