    I eat every two or two and a half hours is that okay?
    I dont eat as much as i should eat but i eat like breakfast strawberries an
    banana slices with peanut butter like sandiwch, the 2 hours later i eat 2
    egss, 2 hours later apple slices with peanut butter and almonds sandiwch,
    and things like that because i like to eat little snacks..

    Hello Joanna, can I eat does diet desserts I would say that they have in
    stores which apparently are healthy I would describe as snacks. Well I’m
    here in the U.S.A and I’ve seen those in different brands which are Special
    K, Fiber One, Nutri Grain, and this crakers that are delicious that are
    caleed Nabisco idk if you have heard of these snacks. And they are 90-125
    calories. So can I eat these or not?

    I can’t eat every 3-4 hours because all we have at school is breakfast in
    the morning and then lunch at like 12:00 and then i get home at like 4:00something

    Hi joana, thank god I found you as my fitness mentor.. I had started a
    detox program yesterday but I stopped right away because I know it was very
    unhealthy for me.. it was a lemon juice cleanse. But it says that I cant
    have anything but just the lemon juice. Do you think thats right? Can u
    give me advice about cleansing my digestive system?

    Damn! I won’t count calories, I won’t be too conscious about balanced
    means, and I won’t be able to eat every 3-4 hours. Can’t we have some
    general rules of thumb??

    Love this video, sound advice, I already eat this way and have lost four
    stone by permanently changing the way I eat. It really does work. I’m never
    hungry. I don’t eat processed sugar or gluten and it’s not expensive. I
    consider myself to be a permaloser.

    Corrina, I like to cut up potatoes, zucchini and onions and throw them in a
    wok with some olive oil, rosemary and oregano. Is this an okay meal every
    now and then or is it really going to make me gain weight? I’d so love if
    you answered, since this is one of my favourite meals!

    I try to understand from the food industry point of view but I do not get
    it. I understand why they genetically modify chickens (Bigger, more money),
    I understand why the feed cows corn even though they were evolved not to
    (Cheaper, more money) BUT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ARE FACTORY ANIMALS
    HIDDEN IN THE DARK WITHOUT EVER SEEING THE LIGHT OF DAY! What is the point
    of this? What possible benefit is derived of this? How does this save them
    money? Do the people responsible for this snicker while they twirl their
    mustaches or Caress their white cats?

    I LIKE OATMEAL!! IDK IF ITS BAD.. BREAKFAST I HAVE 2 CUPS OF OATS. I LIKE
    THE PLAIN WHOLE ROLLED OATS.. YES I DO ADD STEVIA IN THE RAW.. BUT I ALSO
    GET A CRAVING FOR OATS AT NIGHT.. SOMETIMES HAVE A CUP BEFORE BED! SWEET
    POTATO’S ARE ANOTHER DELICIOUS FOOD I LOVE TO MICROWAVE AND EAT PLAIN!!!
    CAN YOU LET ME KNOW IF THIS WOULD WOULD BAD EATING THESE FOODS ALOT??

    I love almost every kind of fruits and vegetables. Foods I eat on a daily
    basis: bananas, potatoes/sweet potatoes, apples, kiwis, mango, salad,
    tomatoes, cucumber etc
