  7. alright to any experienced gym trainer or instructor. i need help.. Heres
    the story, i used to play basketball almost everyday for about 9 years. one
    day over here where i live i was crossing the street with a couple of
    friends and a speeding car came and hit me, i ended up having 6 stitches on
    my hip and had 2 fractures in my spine. i was unable to run, move or
    workout for about a year and a half. needless to say, i did gain a little
    wait. but the tragic fact was that.. i started smoking cigarettes for a
    couple of months. its been a bout a month and a half now since i quit and i
    am now able to work out again and i would like to start rebuilding my body,
    however my stamina has gone to shit. what can i do to fix my lungs? please
    somebody help me

  15. Work outs are a great enhancement to any program. I like the way he
    provides alternatives for some of us “sissies”. When I saw him start the
    video jumping like Michael Jordan, it got me a little scared, cause I could
    barely get an inch off the floor when I started my weight loss program.
