Question by moose lax: weight loss and muscle gain help please?
i would like to lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 15 pounds of muscle after losing the weight . my fat is primarilly stored in stomach and love handle area. Thank you for answering

eat less, exercise more, do light free weights to start then move on to heavier weights to build muscle.
