    I know a way that you can probably loose 10-15 in day.

    If you go to a sauna you can sweat out a ton of water weight.

    sorry, but without starving yourself, there is basically NO way that is even possible in 2 weeks! heck even starving yourself might take longer than 2 weeks for you to lose 10-15. Give yourself at LEAST, a month and a half.

    non stop, eat pure salads, no fast food, no sugar, no pop, only water and salad, and small portions of meat and fiber

    eating the right foods is key to losing weight. dont eat a little bit because u think ull lose more weight. make sure u eat necessary amount calories. and make sure u exercise a lot. maybe try 2 miles a day or somtin like that, or run even more if u feel u can push urself. listen to some music tokeep u running even ho ur tired.
    i like listening to music from rocky when i exercise, keeps me motivated

    10 – 15 pounds is a big goal!!! bbut the best you can do is these things

    ** eat three meals a day (little ones) dont skip any…. eating 3 times a day will keep ur matablism going so you burn more fat

    ** exercise 2 hours a day if you can

    ** dont eat after 6 in the evening

    ** drink 2 litre or more of water a day

    ** also drink things like green tea as this cuts dwn the fat you have eaten…. u can get it mixed with mint for beter tate

    First of al, 10 to 15lbs is not at all reasonable to lose in just 2 weeks. However, if you are looking for ways to lose weight u need to cut calories and exercise. DO NOT STOP EATING!!! I have found that the cabbage soup diet works…I also drink alot of water and green tea. I eat small portions throughout the day so I do not start to get hungry.

    Check out the “Diet Plans” section of the website below. There are several diets there that were designed for quick weight loss and were only meant to last for a week or two. They’re pretty intense so be prepared. The food is good and nutritious though and you will be successful! Good luck!

    I wanted to loose weight quickly and I ate a lot of chocolate and crisps, so I decided not to eat it for a couple of weeks, I lost half a stone (or 7 pounds) in two weeks, I wasn’t overweight just wanted to get into shape a bit better, but after the 2 weeks of not eating chocolate or crisps I just completely went off them, guess what 4 years later still not passed my lips :) good luck x
