It’s the inspiration to get thin. Usually models and good looking pictures of people or buff dudes. It can be a compliment to be called ‘a thinspo’ or negative.
If you want abs by the summer you have to get rid of the fat.
Start by making sure you DON’T cut how many calories your eating drastically. Your body will go into starvation mode and store fat.
Eat a balance of carbs (pasta, cereal, bread, etc). If you eat too many and don’t burn it off, they will become fat. If you don’t eat enough you’ll be depriving yourself of energy.
Forget the soda a drink OJ or water or tea.
You can do as many crunches as you want. They will make your abs bigger. But it’s useless if you have a little fat covering ’em up.
This is obvious, but eat your vegetables- and I’m not talking about a garden salad because those are basically all water. Experiment with food and have fun eating different stuff. Try cooking up some belle peppers, onions, with a drop soy sauce or something, garlic, and shrimp. Eat some cheerios or honey bunches of oats. Both have less than 1.5 grams of fat. You get where I’m going with this.
Cut back on the peanut butter, butter, sugar, cheese, and potatos.
Replace ice cream with yummy slow churned frozen yogurt.

Finally the most important advice:
Get some sort of cardiovascular exercise going to burn the fat. Run, jump rope, dance, TV aerobics, etc. At least 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
100 Sit ups/ crunches.
