Also what are the best foods to lose weight? How many crunches should I do a day if i want abs by summer (June 23)?

It’s the inspiration to get thin. Usually models and good looking pictures of people or buff dudes. It can be a compliment to be called ‘a thinspo’ or negative.

If you want abs by the summer you have to get rid of the fat.

Start by making sure you DON’T cut how many calories your eating drastically. Your body will go into starvation mode and store fat.

Eat a balance of carbs (pasta, cereal, bread, etc). If you eat too many and don’t burn it off, they will become fat. If you don’t eat enough you’ll be depriving yourself of energy.

Forget the soda a drink OJ or water or tea.

You can do as many crunches as you want. They will make your abs bigger. But it’s useless if you have a little fat covering ’em up.

This is obvious, but eat your vegetables- and I’m not talking about a garden salad because those are basically all water. Experiment with food and have fun eating different stuff. Try cooking up some belle peppers, onions, with a drop soy sauce or something, garlic, and shrimp. Eat some cheerios or honey bunches of oats. Both have less than 1.5 grams of fat. You get where I’m going with this.

Cut back on the peanut butter, butter, sugar, cheese, and potatos.

Replace ice cream with yummy slow churned frozen yogurt.

Starfruit
Apple
Strawberry
Spinach
Beets
Carrots (good as a snack)
Nutri-Grain bars

Finally the most important advice:

Get some sort of cardiovascular exercise going to burn the fat. Run, jump rope, dance, TV aerobics, etc. At least 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

Abs:

100 Sit ups/ crunches.

  2. Thinspo is inspiration on becoming thin. Mostly anorexics have it, it’s like pictures of really skinny models and stuff that they admire. They are mostly “pro ana” or pro anorexia, and they encourage anorexia. Best foods to lose weight, fruits, veggies, lean meat and whole grains. Crunches to get abs? Hm, if you are overweight you need to do cardio first and maybe 30-100 crunches to give you definition.

  3. Thinspo is short for thinspiration, pictures of good looking skinny people used as inspiration for weight loss. For weight loss you want to try and avoid foods like white bread, white pasta and rice and potatoes and replace them with brown or bran options. Drink plenty of water and don’t forget fruits and veg. As for crunches, start off with as many as you’re comfortable with, maybe 20 in the morning and 20 at night, and you can add more as you get stronger and fitter. Hope I helped 🙂
